At FullBasseAudio, mastering is more than just loudness; it's about optimizing a track for every playback system, ensuring punch, clarity, and depth. We're particularly proud of our work on the independent artist [[Artist Name]]'s debut EP, "Rhythmic Ascent." The original mixes lacked cohesion, but our mastering process brought out the intricate layers, giving the entire EP a cohesive, professional feel that gained significant traction on streaming platforms. It demonstrates our ability to elevate any track.

AUDIO FILE LICENSE AGREEMENT (BEAT)

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Upon payment, the Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right to use the WAV audio file of "instrumental name" in audio-only form for:

  • Music production (vocals over the beat)
  • Online streaming (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, etc.)
  • Downloads and physical releases (CD, vinyl, USB)
  • Background music for podcasts, videos, or short films

2. RESTRICTIONS

The Licensee may NOT:

  • Resell, sublicense, distribute, or share the original WAV file (or any modified version of the beat alone) as an instrumental beat, loop, sample pack, or sound library.
  • Register the instrumental beat alone with any content ID system (YouTube Content ID, Audible Magic, etc.) without prior written permission from the Licensor.
  • Claim ownership of the beat composition (melody, chords, bass line, drum pattern, arrangement).
  • Use the beat for AI training, NFT minting, or any blockchain-related project.

3. RIGHTS RESERVED BY LICENSOR

The Licensor retains full ownership of:

  • The underlying musical composition (melody, harmony, rhythm, arrangement)
  • The master recording rights of the beat
  • The right to sell the same beat to multiple licensees (non-exclusive license)

4. ROYALTIES (Choose ONE option below)

Option A – Royalty-Free (Higher upfront price):
Licensee owes no additional royalties to Licensor. All revenue from streams, downloads, or sync is kept 100% by Licensee.

Option B – With Royalties (Lower upfront price):
Licensee agrees to pay Licensor 20% of all net royalties generated from the song (mechanical, performance, streaming). Payment due quarterly.

5. CREDIT (Recommended but not required)

Licensee is encouraged (but not required) to credit:
"Beat by [Fullbassebeatz] – instrumental name" in song descriptions or liner notes.

6. TERMINATION

If Licensee violates any term of this agreement, this license is immediately terminated, and Licensee must delete all copies of the WAV file.
